Just as graphics can add useful details to individual photos, motion graphics can be added over video footage to give the viewer more information.

I often add graphics over video footage to highlight landmarks, label units, give details on square footage or other important features of a building.

Entirely animated video shots can also be added.  These are especially useful for maps shots, showing the location of a property or with company logos and branding.

Motion graphics can also be used to add charts or other graphical information about a business, property or market in a stylish and engaging way.
